Shipping & Returns


Most items are in stock and will ship within 1 - 2 business days, however some items may take up to 1 week to ship. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please see below for expedited shipping options. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Products will typically arrive between 5 and 14 days from the date of your order. For questions about product delivery times please contact us.

If you ordered several items, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. 

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order including cancelling the order.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping may be shipped using the most cost effective shipping service available for the type of package (USPS First Class Mail/Parcel Post), which may not be the fastest shipping method available. If you are concerned about the speed in which your order will arrive, please contact us to inquire about Expedited Shipping options.


Expedited Shipping

Some items are available for expedited shipping (for an additional fee), so please send an email to to check availability if you would like to expedite your order and the associated cost. For the quickest response, please be sure to include your shipping address. Expedited orders will not be shipped until the shipping cost has been approved and paid.


International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us your shipping address and item(s) you are interested in so that we can send you an accurate shipping quote. International customers are responsible for all additional taxes/duties due upon receipt of their order. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if there will be import duties or taxes, as there is no way for us to make that determination.


Payment Processing

Orders are charged at the time your order is placed.

To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, orders over $100 with different shipping and billing addresses will be contacted to verify the order. Your order will not ship until you have responded to our verification email.


Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase and will issue an exchange or a refund with a valid receipt only. Simply contact us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to accompany your package. All orders returned without approval or a RMA will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All orders returned to the wrong address will be charged any additional shipping costs incurred to forward return to the correct address. Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase and receive pre - approval for the late return by a Pink Golf Tees representative will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Products that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase without pre-approval will not be recognized and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right not to accept any return after 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Other custom-made products are not eligible for returns. All products must be in new condition (unworn/unused), with all original packaging, tags, etc. and suitable for resale. Products returned that are not in new condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping offers that you receive at the time of purchase will be deducted from the cost of returns or exchanges. Free shipping offers are not valid on returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for the item's return until it is received by our warehouse. We are unable to issue refunds for returns that we do not receive. Please ship your return using a tracking number so that it can be traced if needed.

All golf cart bags, golf range bags, golf shoes, and Ame & Lulu products that are returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Bulk orders (over 10 products) that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Customized orders are non-refundable. For questions on a specific item, please contact us.

Refunds are issued only after merchandise has been received and processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
