Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (excluding tax) for items being shipped to the lower 48 continental United States. Free shipping will utilize either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped using the most cost effective shipping service available for the type of package , which may not be the fastest shipping method available. If you are concerned about the speed in which your order will arrive, please contact us to inquire about Expedited Shipping options.
Most items are in stock and will ship within 1 - 2 business days, however some items may take up to 1 week to ship. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please see below for expedited shipping options. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
Products will typically arrive between 5 and 14 days from the date of your order. For questions about product delivery times please contact us.
If you ordered several items, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order including cancelling the order.
Expedited Shipping
Some items are available for expedited shipping (for an additional fee), so please send an email to sales@pinkgolftees.com to check availability if you would like to expedite your order and the associated cost. For the quickest response, please be sure to include your shipping address. Expedited orders will not be shipped until the shipping cost has been approved and paid.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us your shipping address and item(s) you are interested in so that we can send you an accurate shipping quote. International customers are responsible for all additional taxes/duties due upon receipt of their order. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if there will be import duties or taxes, as there is no way for us to make that determination.
Payment Processing
Orders are charged at the time your order is placed.
To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, orders over $100 with different shipping and billing addresses will be contacted to verify the order. Your order will not ship until you have responded to our verification email.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Get Your Authorization First
Before shipping anything back, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Emailing us at sales@pinkgolftees.com is the quickest way to start the return process.
Unauthorized Returns: Orders returned without an RMA will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Late Returns: Returns after 30 days require pre-approval. If approved, a 25% restocking fee applies.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, accompanied by all original packaging and tags, and suitable for resale.
Note: Items returned in used condition will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
3. Fees & Non-Refundable Items
Custom Orders: custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
Specific Product Fees: A 10% restocking fee applies to all Golf Cart Bags, Range Bags, Shoes, and Ame & Lulu products.
Bulk Orders: Returns of more than 10 products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received "Free Shipping," this cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. We highly recommend shipping with a tracking number so your return can be traced. Ensure you ship to the address provided with your RMA; returns sent to the wrong address will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred to forward the package.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after merchandise is received and processed. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
